Northeast Title & Tag, in collaboration with the Office of Senator Marty Flynn, is pleased to announce the return of our Peeling Plate Rally—a community-focused initiative to help drivers quickly and easily replace peeling or unreadable Pennsylvania license plates at no cost.

Location: 1726 N Keyser Ave, Scranton, PA 18508
Date: Saturday, June 14, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

In partnership with the Pennsylvania State Police, a trooper will be on-site to inspect plates and certify their condition on the required PennDOT forms. Attendees will receive all necessary paperwork during the event, and once completed, Northeast Title & Tag will issue new license plates instantly—right on the spot.

What to Bring:

• A copy of your valid vehicle registration

• Driver’s License or Photo ID

• Both owners must be present if the vehicle is jointly owned

• For company vehicles: an authorization letter permitting the attendee to sign on the business’s behalf, plus the documents above

All service fees are waived for this event, and replacement plates are provided at no cost to the customer.
